70.77% not passing Timed Exam?

I just completed one of the Timed Exam CCP set exams and was scored 70.77%; however, the dialogue says I failed. Why? I thought you needed a 70 to pass? Please clarify.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused.
You are correct that the passing score for the CLF-C02 exam is 70%. We identified an issue with the passing score setting on our end, which caused your result to incorrectly show as Failed even though you scored 70.77%.
We have now fixed the passing score setting, and your result should be reflected correctly.
