You have a Microsoft 365 E5 subscription that includes a web application named
Bayanihanused by both internal employees and external contractors.To maintain security hygiene, your organization wants to ensure that the access for contractors who haven’t signed into
Bayanihanwithin the last 30 days should be revoked automatically.You need to implement a solution that meets the requirement with the least operational overhead.
Which of the following should be configured?
<ul data-question_id=”15613″ data-type=”single”>
Access review for Bayanihan application access
Conditional Access policy with sign-in frequency set to 30 days
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps session policy
- A guest access review scoped to Bayanihan
Since the question specifically mentioned contractors, won’t the best answer be A guest access review scoped to Bayanihan instead of Access review for Bayanihan application access.

Hello Abirami Kanagaraj,
Thank you for pointing this out.
I understand the confusion. Because the scenario specifically refers to external contractors, the option describing a guest access review scoped to Bayanihan can appear to be the most appropriate answer. However, the intended answer was an application access review for Bayanihan.
We agree that the current wording creates ambiguity between the two options. We will revise the question to make the intended requirement clearer. The updated version should be reflected in the portal soon.
