After refreshing screen different answers are selected

So after reviewing the test result I’ve noticed that many of the answers that I’ve selected actually haven’t been selected.

I’ve noticed this happening for one question after I’ve accidentally used browser page back and browser page forward actions ( swipe left and right on Mac touchpad ).

Anyway, at that moment I’ve corrected that answer and continued until the end of the test.

However real issue is that many of the questions that I’ve answered up until that point ( somewhere middle of the test ) have been randomly selected, instead of having my selections. This has made the test result practically useless.

Is this a known bug?
