Algorithm for recognizing and analyzing hand-written transcripts

The question and choice of answers are ambiguous. The question calls out the need to extract and analyze “hand-written” text. Ideally, for extracting text from hand-written images, we will need something like a CNN or leverage Textract. Once the text is extracted, then it can be passed on to second part, i.e seq-to-seq for further analysis.

In the choice of answers below, it totally avoids the fact that it was hand-written, and jumps to second half of the solution.
