Answer marked as wrong

Practice exams – section based, Category: SOA – High Availability

I have answered a question correctly, but it appears in the ‘view incorrect answers’ as a wrong answer.

and it is being counted as an incorrect answer in the score total.

Hi Ezz,

I checked your account and you took the SysOps Administrator Associate Practice Exam (Section-Based) – High Availability on March 19 with a score of 78.26% on your first attempt. The Section-Based tests actually resemble the “Review”-mode where the answers will be shown right after you selected an answer.

You said that you answered a question correctly but are you really sure about that? Do you have any screenshot perhaps? I looked at the test you used and I can’t replicate the issue. It would be great if you share the specific question that you are referring to so I can have a further look but as of now, I don’t see any issues at all.

Hi Ezz,

As per our conversation, this seems to be a user-error as we cannot even replicate your issue on our side. A section-based test will immediately show the answer to every question so there is no point in using the “View Incorrect Answers’ filter in the Results page if you are using the Review-mode/Section-based mode. This is only suitable for Timed-mode. All our answers were also verified to be correct.

Since you confirmed that you can’t replicate this issue on your end either, I’ll close this thread. Feel free to post in our support forum if you need further assistance.
