ASG as an origin?

CloudFront can’t point to an ASG, or can it? Any explanation of why this answer is the correct one?

ASG is just a logical grouping and does not have a routable endpoint that CloudFront can use for Origin. Typically, you configure an application load balancer in front of the ASG, which will serve as the entry point for the instances.
