Az-104 content marked done (inadvertently) I cannot reset and restart

The title says it. I’ve signed up for Az-104 last night. I started checking a few questions. Tried to browse back and forth (using browser navigation arrows) through the site, and ended up with each topic struck done. I don’t seem to be able to restart from scratch.

Just to clarify — when you mentioned that you cannot “go back” and that each topic is marked as done, could you help us better understand what you’re seeing? Are you referring to the questions being marked as completed without the option to retry them?
It would be very helpful if you could send us a short screen recording showing the issue. This will allow us to see exactly what’s happening on your end and assist you more effectively.
