There’s this in User Requirements:

“Appoint a new user named TechAdmin as the service admin for the Azure subscription.”

However, Service Admin is Classic subscription administrator role, which is now retired and no longer supported.

Thank you for pointing that out. You’re right.

The Service Admin role is part of the classic subscription administrator model, which is now deprecated and no longer supported in modern Azure role-based access control (RBAC). We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
