AZ-104 – Review Mode Set 4 – Questions 17 & 18 – Inconsistent explanation

Here’s a question series that provides an explanation in the first question, and then marks that explanation/answer as incorrect in the following question.

Just in case it isn’t clear from the screenshots:

Question 17’s explanation says “You need to first redeploy from South East Asia to Japan West region and then create and attach the network interface in to TDVM1 in the Japan West region.”

Question 18 marks that answer as incorrect and explains “Because redeploying TDVM1 does not move it from South East Asia to Japan West, the virtual machine would still be unable to attach to a network interface connected to TDNET1, which exists in the Japan West region.”

Am I missing something here??
