Can you please fix the scenario ?

It seems that the information about TDShare1 and TDBlob1’s regions are missing.

Indeed, you can only know it in the answer :

Therefore, you can backup TDShare1 only because it resides within the same region as TDBackup1 and you can backup an Azure FileShare using Azure Backup.

Conversely, TDBackup2 can backup TD1 only because they are in the same region and you can backup Azure virtual machines using Azure Backup.
