AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Practice Exam question possibly wrong?

I am reviewing answers to your great questions for the AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Practice Exam and I came across this question:

I believe the question “Data transfer between Availability Zones is free” being marked wrong is wrong as this document https://azure.<wbr>microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/<wbr>details/bandwidth states that Data transfer between Availability Zones is $0.01 per GB.

Am I missing something?

Microsoft Azure recently changed the bandwidth pricing between Availability Zones from free to $0.01 per GB.
