Azure Playcloud Subscription Charged But Not Active

Hi,
On february 4 2026, I subscribed to the monthly Azure playcloud subscription.
I tried using it but kept failing to login to the Azure portal using the credentials provided by your Azure playcloud (password was being rejected as shown in the attached screen capture)
I then decided to cancel the subscription. I no longer have access to the Azure playcloud but I was charged by my bank.
Are you going to refund me or are you going to fix the login issue and let me access your Azure playcloud for a month?
This is a bit distressing especially since I trusted your company after buying Practice exams and tutorials from you in the past.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Please note that lab environments refresh every 3 hours, so we recommend trying again after a refresh period the Azure PlayCloud Labs and letting us know if the issue persists.
