certutil is not on macs, makes hands-on exercise much harder

Section 8, Topic 3. To decrypt the file, the student is instructed to use certutil. This seems to be a Windows thing. Macs have other encryption tools at the command line, but the commands for those are different, of course. I tried using the “base64” utility but my file came out garbled. I suggest adding a bit more info for mac users.
