An AI startup uses generative AI models to create personalized content. The company develops and deploys these AI models using Amazon Sagemaker, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Q Business. Recently, there have been concerns about unauthorized access to sensitive AI training data and model parameters.

I suggest adding AWS (maybe even AWS service) to the last sentence:

Someone reading this might also think the question is talking about the application’s homegrown API which would not be part of AWS and thus not monitored by CloudTrail.

I understand what the question is asking…but just adding AWS to that last part of the question will just add that much more clarity…AND…it will drive home what the question is getting at. (and avoid possible confusion)
