Constant issues while taking exams since yesterday
-
Hi.
I’m being kicked out of practice test every 3 questions and I can’t go back to it for up to 10 minutes and I also have to re-submit all questions after I finally connect. It’s been happening since yesterday. Website also returns “maintenance page” every time it loads for too long – terrible experience. You’re not addressing the issue and you’re not communicating with your customers in any way and you’re just spiting “we are under maintenance” page whenever it can’t load properly. People like me have scheduled exams in next few days and the page is unresponsive, hard to navigate due to latency issues and one practice test is taking 3h instead 1.5h. At least provide us some ETA on when we can expect some improvements because now exam preparation turned into huge time waste.
Edit: Funny thing, I’m posting this for the third time. First, I got maintenance page after few minutes of loading, on the second try I got network connection error.

Hi Cam Gray, vicaris, and everyone experiencing these issues,
Good day!
We sincerely apologize for the persistent problems you’ve encountered with our practice tests, including being kicked out every few questions, long wait times, and the frustrating “maintenance page” messages. We understand how disruptive this is, especially with scheduled exams approaching.
The outage was caused by issues with our test engine, third-party modules, and vendor services, as well as deployments for our new feature. We have implemented several fixes to address these issues. The updates to the third-party plugin modules and database took some time to take effect, but they have ultimately resolved the problem.
We are actively working to ensure these issues are resolved. You can track our progress and get real-time updates on our public status page: http://status.tutorialsdojo.com/7663411
We deeply regret the inconvenience and frustration this has caused and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide a smoother experience.
Thank you for your continued support.
Regards,
Neil @ Tutorials Dojo
