Correct Answers Selected But Marked Incorrect No Red Highlights

Hi there, in the following screenshot the correct answers 3 and 5 were selected before submitting, but the response deems this incorrect, despite not marking either in red. The explanation confirms that I had submitted the correct answers.

(I had accidentally selected response 2, but then unselected this and selected 3 and 5 BEFORE submitting, and just wondering if there is a condition where the checkbox deselection state isn’t getting picked up in some cases?)
