Could you please help me with my SAA-C03 Study Guide download?

Hi Tutorials Dojo Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I purchased the *Tutorials Dojo Study Guide eBook – AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (SAA-C03)* and I have been using Tutorials Dojo to prepare seriously for my AWS certification exam.

Unfortunately, I ran into an issue with my computer storage and later had to reinstall my computer. Because of that, I lost the downloaded eBook file. When I tried to download it again from my account, I noticed that the download limit had already been reached, even though my access to the product has not expired yet.

I understand that the download limit is there for a reason, and I am sorry for the inconvenience. I just wanted to ask kindly if an administrator could please check my account and help me reset the download limit, or allow one additional download for this purchased eBook.

I already tried contacting support by email, but I may not have received a reply yet, so I am posting here in case someone from the team can help me.

We recommend clicking the Download button only once then waiting for the download to initialize. Due to the large file size, it may take some time for the file to be successfully downloaded to your device. We recommend saving the file to your device such as laptop or computer since technically, once you download the eBook, you’ll already have lifetime access to the content.
