When does a course expire?

Do I get any notification when a course will soon expire?

Do I lose all course settings and saved exams?

Our Practice exams expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not send notifications before the course expiration. Once the course expires, all course progress, including settings and saved exams, will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

We recommend completing the course before expiration to ensure you have access to all your saved progress.
