Data copy over AWS private channel across regions in AP ??

Guys, appreciate if anybody cloud help me on this requirement that I need to access S3 buckets from EC2 instance, where both these S3 buckets and EC2 instances are in two different region in AP, so here what is the alternative in order to copy date over AWS private channel, as S3 endpoint will not support across regions in this scenario

Have you tried using VPC peering? You can enable private communication between your resources in different regions with a VPC peering connection.
