When I look at the dashboard to see when a quiz or test it taken it shows wrong date and time like 6 am or 7:15 am , where as the tests are taken later in the day.

    what could be the problem?

      Hello rajemom,

      Thank you for your response.

Could you let me know when you submitted the quiz? Please note that the recorded date and time reflect when you submitted the quiz.

My son has been using this account and he normally takes the quizzes in the evening around 4-6 pm. He would never be taking them at 4 or 6 am in the morning.

      Hello rajemom,

Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

The system currently follows Philippine time (PH time, UTC+8), which may result in discrepancies when viewed from a different time zone, such as Eastern Standard Time (EST).

We understand how this might be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Please let us know if you have any further concerns.

      Best regards,
      JR @ Tutorials Dojo
