This is very confusing and contradicting :
In the explanation( img 2, Green box), it clearly says “You can integrate Amazon SNS topics and Lambda functions with triggers in CodeCommit, but you must first create and configure these resources (Amazon SNS topic and lambda functions) with a policy that grants CodeCommit the permissions to interact with those resources.

Then how is the option in Red box : AWS CodeCommint needs to have permissions to interact with SNS incorrect.

There should be two correct answers according to the explanation provided, right?
