Down loadable reference material for offline study

Purchased the SAA Practice exams. It will be good to have some reference material which is downloadable. so we can print it out or have it on our tablet to read while not connected to internet. Can u please provide that ? good material on the website, but nothing to go. Even the bonus flash cards are not available for download. Not convenient
