Quicksight row-level security

Hi,

from reading documentation and watching 2021 videos with examples, it looks like QS now only restricts the access (check the 5.31 moment https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQfEDcnrN4A)

That means the below question requires rework:

A research company uses Amazon QuickSight to create dashboards that aggregate data from several third-party providers. These dashboards can contain confidential information so the company wants to ensure that access is restricted only to the specific owners of each dashboard. The Data Analyst was tasked to configure Row-Level Security (RLS) on the datasets to grant access to specific users.
