Exam result is not quite right.
-
Hello,
I just completed a practice exam in review mode. I remember answering only 6-7 questions incorrectly (I also took some notes about those 6-7 questions I answered incorrectly on paper). However, when I submitted the quiz, it showed a result of 45/65. It seems the questions/choices were somehow mixed up with the previous time I took another quiz.

Hello Jaruwat,
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your experience.
When using Review Mode, the questions and answer choices are presented randomly each time. This is intentionally designed to help prevent memorization and to better simulate the real exam experience. Because of this randomization, the set of questions you encounter—and their order—may differ from previous attempts, which can sometimes make results appear inconsistent when compared to notes taken during the exam.
Just to clarify, did you pause and then resume the practice exam during your attempt? This can help us better understand what may have happened.
Kind regards,

what I actually did was taking a pause and continued it with another device.
I do understand that the sequence of the questions and the answer choices are randomly displayed. But what I think it is something wrong in the result of the quiz as I remember I answered many of the questions correctly. Not sure if it is because I just clicked the “Check” button but didn’t click the “Save & Next” button? Because for many times, I just navigate to the next question by clicking the next question number after seeing the result.

Hello Jaruwat,
Thank you for the additional details.
We’ll check this on our end to see if there are any issues related to pausing the exam, switching devices, or how answers are being saved.
In the meantime, if you experience the same behavior again, please let us know and feel free to report it back to us with any screenshots or details (such as the exam name, time taken, and device used). This will help us investigate further and address it more effectively.
Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,
Nikee @ Tutorials Dojo
