Explanation missing for previous attempts

I can view all my previous attempt however the explanation is not given or not available. Only I can see correct and incorrect answers, no explanation available. Please let me know.

Did this happen in all of your previous attempts or only during a certain timeframe? Our admin team has made several updates last weekend on the explanations of several questions to further improve our content, and it might have been an unfortunate coincidence that we were in the middle of the updates when you were loading the tests.

Could you try loading the quizzes again and see if you still can’t see the explanations? I have just tried loading one SAA quiz using my test account and so far, I can see the explanations. Take note that you have to click the View button to see the explanations:

We normally do our question bank updates during off-peak hours to ensure minimal disruption for our users but sometimes, it does happen especially when we are doing massive updates.

Yesterday all of the question sets has this problem, even when I clicked view I was able to see correct and incorrect answers only.
