Explanation stating Azure Files is PaaS is incorrect

Hi, found an incorrect (or contentious) answer:
In the explanation it says Azure Storage is a PaaS, but Microsoft has storage on the IaaS page at https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/resources/cloud-computing-dictionary/what-is-azure/azure-iaas/#products. I found a video (1:15 in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/azure-networking-fundamentals/azure-virtual-network-fundamentals) where it’s classified as a PaaS…. Looks like it can be both?
In the question explanation notes:
Azure Storage and Azure Logic App are both incorrect because these are Platform as a Service (PaaS) resources. << This is incorrect, Azure Storage is IaaS.
The question is below
23. QUESTION
Category: AZ-900 – Describe Cloud Concepts
A company needs to deploy Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) resources in its Azure environment. These IaaS resources will enable the company to avoid the expense and complexity of buying and managing their own physical servers and other datacenter infrastructure.
Which of the following is a type of IaaS?
Azure Storage << This is also IaaS, but question is single response only
Azure SQL Database
Azure Logic App
Azure Virtual Machine << Is currently flagged as the correct answer

Hi Mark,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this question.
It is true that Azure storage can be classified as a PaaS and IaaS offering of Microsoft Azure. It may be sometimes confusing because there will be instances where the documentation of Microsoft might not be updated.
To avoid further confusion, we will revise the question.
