Flag question is not working in this course

I flag a question but it doesn’t save the flag. If the page refreshes, previous flags are gone, not saved. Can someone who runs the site have a look? Thanks

Could you please let us know which practice exam mode and set you’re experiencing this issue with? For example, Review Mode Set 1 or Timed Mode Set 2.

If possible, a screenshot of the issue would also be helpful so we can investigate it further.
