how to get the different question Under Topic Based section

Hello Team, Please let me know how to get the different questions under Topic-Based section

I tried the S3 topic and the first test I got 8 questions but I tried again I mean started a new quiz I am getting the same question but the order is changed only and the question remains the same?

As per my understanding, the question should change on each new test?

Hello Sunil,

Thank you for your inquiry. To give more clarification, there’s a total of 390 unique questions in the AWS Solutions Architect Associate Practice Test course and each question contains detailed explanations, references, and cheat sheets.

The premium version contains at least five training modes: (1) Timed Mode, (2) Review Mode, (3) Section-Based Tests, (4) Final Test, and (5) Bonus Flashcards.

The questions on the Timed Mode can also be found in Review Mode, Section-Based, and Final Tests. It’s just that the questions are presented differently in each mode:

Review Mode – allows you to view answers as you go through each question. There’s a fixed number of questions per set and at every load, it randomly selects and generates a 30-item question set.

Section/Topic-Based – also allows you to view answers as you go through each question and each set contains questions only on a specific domain/topic. There’s also a fixed number of questions here and each load of the tests here just displays the same set of questions in random order.

Final Test – randomly generates a full set from the entire question bank

So, in that case, we can found a total of only 8 questions for S3 in the entire training in the premium version since questions are repeating in each mode (Review, Section/Topic Based, and Final test)?

Hello Sunil,

We handpicked 8 questions but it does not necessarily mean that those are the only S3 questions available throughout the entire course. Since S3 is a major topic, there are surely more than just 8 S3 questions in the course.

Please note that the Topic-Based tests are not meant to generate all questions on a specific topic. We just handpicked a maximum of 8 per topic.

Hello Jessica, Where I find more questions on S3 only since I am going by topic wise, in which section?

I was expecting a good number of questions on each topic, and if questions are available in the different section then I have to read the entire course and go for the practice exam them

Hi, there are a lot of S3 questions throughout the entire course – it’s just that only 8 were selected to become a part of the S3 topic-based test.

That’s how it was designed, mate. The main goal of the practice test is to simulate the actual exam environment which means questions in a set are distributed across different topics. The section and topic-based tests are just supplementary resources.
