How to reset the progress to zero so I can re-attempt the questions?

Hi Abhinav,
Thank you for your message. I assume that you are referring to the “Resume Quiz” button that shows up that prevents you from re-attempting the entire test all over again. This is actually the implementation of our “saved” test feature where you can go back to your incomplete test.
If you want to start all over again, you can simply click the “Quiz Summary” button and hit “Finish Quiz” to end your test. Once the Result page is shown, you can simply click the “Restart Quiz”.

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, exam progress reset is not yet available in our portal. This requires significant development and customization, but we’ll do our best to add this feature without causing bugs/issues in the other areas of the platform.
We can reset the progress of your practice exams on our end. For us to proceed, please advise the courses(s) that you wish to have the progress restarted.Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi yes its the aws Advanced Networking Practice exam. I accidentally clicked on the circle tab
and its now telling me I have completed the practice exam and I can assure you I haven’t.
Please sort this out other wise I will have to ask for a refund and pay again and start all over again and this is a real pain in the >>>>>.

Hello Danny,
Thanks for the inquiry. Upon checking, you have only completed the instructions for the Timed mode. This is just an introduction to the Timed mode, which does not contain any questions to answer. It only includes the details on what type of questions the Timed Mode has. If you have accidentally clicked on it, it will automatically marked as completed, the same with the Revie Mode, Section Based, and the Final Test Instructions.
We have successfully restarted your progress in your AWS Certified Advanced Networking Practice Exam.

Hi, I don’t know what happened, but my first test of AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate Practice Exams SAA-C03 2024 suddenly went from 2 hours left to 13 minutes left! Is it possible to start all over again?

Hello Giacomo,
Thank you for your inquiry. You can take unlimited attempts in any of the practice tests regardless if you have completed it already. Even though a set has been marked as completed, you can always click on the “Start Quiz” button to take that set again.
