    I am not able to Finish Timed mode Set 2 Questions. It got stuck in generating the quiz summary.

      Dear Team,

      The issue still exists. I tried in all the browsers by logging out and login again but still issue persists. This is happening even for Randomized Topic set. I completed the entire quiz without pausing. But still issue persists. Can you please help me resolve this issue ASAP. I have my exam scheduled over this weekend. Thanks in advance.

      I am writing to escalate an issue I have been facing with your platform. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to submit the quiz as it consistently gets stuck while generating the quiz report. I have already tried clearing session cookies and using different browsers, but the problem persists.

      I previously reached out via email but have not received a proper response. This lack of communication is concerning, especially given the urgency of my situation. I have an exam scheduled this weekend, and I specifically subscribed to your service to review questions in preparation. Without access to the quiz (Timed mode set 2 and Randomized Topic)reports, I am unable to use the subscription as intended.

      I kindly request that this issue be resolved immediately. Please provide a clear update on the status and a solution as soon as possible. If necessary, escalate this matter to your technical team to ensure it is addressed without further delay.

      I expect a prompt reply within the next 24 hours, as time is critical before my exam.
