incomplete and unfitting questions

I have noticed some incomplete and unfitting questions while working with the ai-102 practise exam. There worst incomplete is this one.

the first attachment shows a question, without question. the second one shows something that I would say, has nothing do with the exam. Correct me if I am wrong here and maybe give me a hint where this is documented to be part of ai-102. Thank you and sorry for my technical problems with this forum entry…
