However, the question requires that it needs a low-latency and high-bandwidth connection between the on-premises data center and the VPCs. AWS VPN will not satisfy this particular requirement as it will only offer low to modest bandwidth. Hence, the correct answer is Set up an AWS Direct Connect Gateway with two virtual private gateways. Create the required Private Virtual Interfaces to the Direct Connect Gateway.
