Issue in screen layout for review mode set 1

Hi! I have bought the aws data engineer associate course. The screen layout for review mode set 1 is abnormal and I can’t use it properly.

Attached is the pic of it. Seems I was using it in mobile and thereafter the same layout remained in laptop as well. Layout should be based on which device I am using and should dynamic.
