Lost progress on Review mode Set 1

I have completed exam set-1 in Review mode but I don’t see any summary now to review my correct and wrong answers, and it now appears to be as a fresh set with all answered questions. Is there a way to retain the submitted exam history as I must review them.

Please navigate to the “Your Progress” section to review your submitted exam history. This section records all your practice exam attempts, including those completed in Review mode. From there, you can view your past attempts and analyze correct and incorrect answers.
