Never started AWS Solutions Architect Associate Practice Exam Refund Request

I have a rather odd question, I purchased my AWS Solution Architect Practice test in Feb 2024 and never used it just to realize it expires in a year. I know there is a 15 day refund policy but since I have never used this practice test can I rather have it transferred to AWS Solution professional practice test which is offered at the same price currently? I probably needed to double check before purchase as I did not know the practice test are a 1 year subscribtion not a lifetime purchase thanks!

Please note, however, that the subscription will retain its original expiration date of February 7, 2025.
