No Practice Test Showing on CLF-C02

Has anyone encountered the same issue as mine? I was enrolled last year, September 2024, supposedly it has an unlimited access for 1 year, but today, practice test are not showing on the dashboard, each practice section should have multiple practice exam. Please see image below:
