Started my test few weeks ago and stopped on April 21st. I cannot resume it now. Start button always appears= instead of resume. Is there time until which we have to resume it?

    Hi Niko,

Thank you for your inquiry and apologies for the inconvenience you had with the Pause button. After pausing the exam, do not leave the Pause summary screen unattended for a prolonged period of time. Our current platform allows our users to re-authenticate sessions after 3 hours of inactivity. If you have not been doing anything on the page for 3 hours, the server will time out your session. This is done for security reasons and to help increase the overall speed of the website. In other words, if you were taking the exam or just simply browsing the site then leave for a prolonged period of time or start browsing other pages, you will need to log in again and create a new session when you come back. It is best practice to exit the course, log off (if you plan to continue the test at a later time), and log in again when the time comes that you want to resume the test.

Thank you for explaining! I do tend to leave the exam open. At least now I know what to do.

    Thank you!
