Home Forums AWS AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate Odd Language in RDS question

    Hi TD Team,

I just had this question in a practice exam for the SysOps Associate. The second sentence in the first paragraph does not make grammatical sense to me. Is the admin looking for the patching process, or the patching status? Why is the sentence in past tense initially, then future tense at the end?

A SysOps Administrator for a multinational insurance firm needs to
ensure the security of sensitive financial data. The Administrator
checked the OS patching process of the RDS instances for any
vulnerability that can put the entire firm at risk.

Which AWS service can the Administrator use to report this scenario?
