Partital marking in AIF-C01 – AWS Certified AI Practitioner?

When I attempt multiple choice questions in AIF-C01 – AWS Certified AI Practitioner in TD, I see I get partial credit of alleast selecting 1 or 2 correct options out of 3 or 4, is it accurate and resembles real exam criteria?
