    I just spent more than 2 hours doing the Quiz with pauses in the middle, just to realized that at the end it wasn’t storing my answers. I found multiple posts related to this issue from many months ago:

    * https://portal.tutorialsdojo.com/forums/discussion/pausing-aws-developer-associate-exams-review-mode-shows-wrong-marked-answers/

    * https://portal.tutorialsdojo.com/forums/discussion/pausing-tests-resets-progress/

    * https://portal.tutorialsdojo.com/forums/discussion/quiz-not-saving-results-frustrated/#post-361589

    And none of them seems to acknowledge an actual fix or workaround that worked for me.

    I did a quick test and screen-recorded it so I hope this helps fix this bug soon:

    I’m a little disappointed as this is the main reason why I purchased the pack for the video course + ebook + test exams.

    OMG, this just happened to me. When I finished my timed test mode and saw my grade, I was genuinely shocked because I was planning to take my test tomorrow, and this completely knocked out all my confidence. I went back to review and understand where I went wrong, and I found questions where I’m 100% super sure I picked a different answer, and now I feel horrible. I knew I did good on the test, so this glitch completely blew my confidence. I don’t know what to do. Is this a glitch that won’t get fixed? This is the first time this has happened, and I’ve used it for other AWS practice tests and it was working just fine before.

      Hello fatima almontaser,

      Thank you for reaching out, and we’re really sorry to hear about your experience.

      To help us look into it, could you please let us know the specific AWS practice exam and the set number you were using when this happened?

      Thanks again for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

      Regards,

        I appreciate you looking into this.

        The specific AWS practice exam I was using is the AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate.

        The issue occurred in Timed Mode Set 2.

        I wanted to add that I have since re-attempted the exam without pausing it, and it worked just fine, without encountering the previous glitch.

        Please let me know if you need any further information from my end.

          Hi fatima almontaser,

          Thank you for the update. Just to clarify, are you referring to the issue where answers were not being stored after pausing and then resuming the exam?

            When I pause a timed exam and then try to resume it, my previously selected answers don’t seem to save correctly. For questions, especially the “Select TWO” types, the answers I’ve already picked appear different or get re-arranged when I come back to the test. This often leads to my original selections being wrong.

            I’ve tested this a few times across different timed sets just to make sure I wasn’t mistaken, and it keeps happening. This makes it really tough to reliably pause and resume tests because now I know I have to go through and re-select all my previously answered questions, which wastes valuable time during a timed practice.

              Hi fatima almontaser,

              Thanks for letting us know about the issue.

              To help us check what’s happening, could you please send a short screen recording showing how the answers change when you pause and resume the exam? This will help us see what’s going wrong and sort it out quickly.

              Thanks again for your help!

              Best regards,
              JR @ Tutorials Dojo
