I just finished the randomized test and I needed to go through the answers after the section but my network was disconnected and the page reloaded. Now it wants me to redo the test before I have access to the answers for correction. Is there a way around that?

Hello sfp,
Could you please specify which quiz set and test mode you were using when the issue occurred?

Hello sfp,
You can review your previous test results by going to the Your Progress section under the Course and Lesson page. This area typically retains your completed attempts, even if the page is reloaded. From there, you should be able to view your answers and corrections without needing to retake the test.
Hope this helps! Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your response. However, every time I try to access it, it brings me a different test. I started the corrections, but because of my busy schedule, I can’t finish it at a go. Every time I have time to go through the corrections, I spend the whole time accessing the randomized test over and over, hoping it would bring the ‘version’ that I did, but it has only brought me the corrections to that same set of questions twice. This has been affecting my study a lot, and I’m hoping there is a way to access the same set of questions and corrections multiple times. Also, I would like to ask if there is a hard copy material that can be purchased and used pending the time that this problem can be resolved.

Hello sfp,
Thanks for the reply.
Could you please clarify what you meant by:
“However, every time I try to access it, it brings me a different test.”
It would be helpful if you could walk me through how you’re accessing it. Kindly ensure you’re clicking the statistics icon as shown in the attached screencast.
