practice test number 5 – difficulty
-
Anyone notice that quiz 5 is exponentially harder than the first 4. Is this because it was intended to be more technically in-depth than the others and prepare you for curve-balls or do I have a significant gap in knowledge. got an 80 on each of the first 4 tests. Failed the 5 one.

Just got my practice test results back. ended up with a 63%. of that, getting 16% correct on deployment. most of this content was never covered in the readings, videos, or other practices tests. Figured I’d call that out for addtional context
<update>
definitely a knowledge gap on may part. read through the links and answers. timed practice tests are 90% now. 🙂

I noticed the same. Also the questions don’t provide enough details…

I agree the first 4 seemed to be of moderate difficulty while the 5th contains multiple “select three” questions which is supposedly uncommon in the real exam at the associate level. Questions also appear to contain a lot of gotchas and rely on far more in-depth knowledge than the previous 4.

Hello dongyongkim, the AWS Certified Developer – Associate (DVA-C02) Exam Guide explicitly mentions multiple response questions. A multiple-response question has two or more correct answers out of five or more response options.

Glad I wasn’t the only one that noticed. Was saving set 5 as a final “test” to see what knowledge gaps I have to touch up on for my exam tomorrow. Completely killed my confidence… I felt pretty good about my performance thus far with the other 4 exams.

I feel same here was scoring 70, 80 + and scored 60

Hello Everyone,
Thanks for the feedback.
It’s completely expected that each quiz set will vary in difficulty. The later sets are intentionally designed to be more technically challenging, helping you deepen your understanding and identify areas that may need extra focus. Think of them as an opportunity to stretch your skills and reinforce what you’ve learned along the way.
