Previous answers in newer tests

I am doing the “AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional Practice Exams 2024” course and currently taking the test 1 in Review mode. When it brings up a question that I had already attended in section based practice, it brings up with the previous answer I had chosen with correct/incorrect grade. It is not helping me make use of the practice. I tried it from two different browsers but to no avail. Is this expected? If so, how could I make sure that review mode and future attempts do not bring up historical answers?

Update: The issue inconsistently occurs only when I pause and resume. Also it does not resume from where it left off. It is fine for now
