    Dear TJ team I am reaching out to request an extension on access for two courses purchased through your portal. I already mailed you but unfortunately can’t get response.

    Due to professional changes over the past year, I was unable to fully engage with the materials, particularly the tests and exam review, which I barely accessed and did not complete. (By the way when I was enrolled these courses they had 2 or 3 year exp period but now I see 1 year)

    Order #522293 was placed on December 14, 2023, and Order #546900 on March 16, 2024. I recently noticed that you now offer one year of unlimited access, and I would greatly appreciate an additional six months to make full use of these resources.

    I have recommended your platform to many friends and colleagues, several of whom have since joined, and I hope my request can be considered in light of this. I would be very grateful if you could extend access for both orders.

    Regarding your request for an extension on the course access, our policy for course access expiry was updated to one year on August 12, 2023. Unfortunately, your purchase on December 14, 2023, occurred after this policy change, so the one-year access duration applies to your order. Similarly, the second order placed on March 16, 2024, also falls under the same policy.

    While we understand that professional changes can make it challenging to engage with course materials fully, we cannot offer extensions beyond the stipulated access period as outlined in our policy. We encourage you to make the most of the remaining time available for your courses and reach out if there’s any specific way we can assist you during this period.
