When I read this question I was looking for responses that mention CloudWatch because you would use Cloudwatch Logs to collect logging data from multiple services, etc. However, the answer you were looking for has to do with CloudTrail.

I think it would be clearer if the last statement said something like this:

In this scenario, how will you provide the auditor access to the logs of changes to your AWS resources?

Thanks Rob,

Me also had the same thoughts in the beginning. Then I came to know that is how they ask questions in the exams, we should be very careful in understanding the real meaning.

Anything on Audit it should be CloudTrail, whether in question they mention the term “logs” with the intention of diverting the attention towards “cloudwatch”
