Quizes have the answers incorrectly

When i clicked on Answer summary the questionare had the incorrect answers.

i know for a fact i had this locked in, so i want to believe this is just a minor error but i have noticed this happening a lot more times in questions with multiple answers.

Anyone else noticing this?

Yes i i have saved and resumed the quiz in multiple occasions during different dates from different devices.

this happened in the #6 review mode set

Yeah no problem.

what makes it extra Strange is the questions themselves don’t allow for a third option so this must clearly be an error of some kind if i had to guess it will seem the values are being stored incorrectly.
