If I try Randomized Test more than once will it give me a new set of questions or rotate within the 65 ?

Yes, if you take the Randomized Test more than once, it will give you a new set of questions each time. It randomly pulls from the full question bank, so you won’t just see the same 65 questions repeated. You might see some repeat eventually, but each test will be different.
