Why don’t you make a reset progress feature so that users can reset the courses/progress themselves? There are several posts about this in the forum.

I also want to reset my progress and it is annoying that I need to email you to do it.

      Hello Katherine,

We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback. At this time, the reset progress feature is not available by design. Progress resets involve changes to user data, and for accuracy and security reasons, we currently handle these requests manually through our support team.

That said, we’ve already gone ahead and reset your course progress in AZ-204 Microsoft Azure Developer Associate Practice Exams as requested. While we recognize that a self-service reset option would be more convenient, we must carefully evaluate its implementation to ensure it does not cause unintended issues (such as accidental loss of progress).

For now, the proper process remains to contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist you whenever you need a reset.

      Thank you for your understanding,
      Nikee @ Tutorials Dojo
