Hello Kobi,
Thank you for your inquiry. You can pause and save your progress in the Timed Mode and come back at a later time. There is a Save & Next button at the bottom of each question in the Timed Mode sets which essentially saves all previously answered questions. When you reload the set, you’ll see a Resume Quiz button.
To learn more about pausing a test in Timed Mode, visit this FAQ page – https://portal.tutorialsdojo.com/faq-timed-mode/.
Also, our current platform allows our users to re-authenticate sessions after 3 hours of inactivity. If you have not been doing anything on the page for 3 hours, the server will time out your session. This is done for security reasons and to help increase the overall speed of the website. In other words, if you were taking the exam or just simply browsing the site then leave for a prolonged period of time or start browsing other pages, you will need to log in again and create a new session when you come back.
For succeeding attempts, we do recommend closing other tabs, sitting through the test without leaving the screen for a prolonged time, and ensuring that you don’t lose net connection during the duration of the test. Make sure also that you do not leave the site open overnight as this will cause the session to be terminated when you use it the following day. The best practice is to start a new session before attempting any test, especially the long ones, to ensure that your progress will be saved. Simply reload the site, log in, select the course, and take the test.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,

Could you somehow help and recover my test? Meaning, mark my answered questions and let me finish the rest for the 1st exam?
-
Hello Kobi,
Thank you for your inquiry. All previous attempts can be reviewed by clicking the course from “My Courses”.
Click “My Courses” at the top menu then select the specific course where you’d like to view your previous attempts.
Once you’ve clicked the course, you’ll see your course progress by clicking the dropdown arrow as per this screenshot.
Click the Statistics button to view your detailed results.
In the Statistics dashboard, you can filter your results by category and by correct/skipped/incorrect answers.
Detailed explanations of why the options are correct/incorrect are found at the bottom of each question.
Kindly refer to our FAQ page – https://portal.tutorialsdojo.com/faqs/ and jump to the section that says, “Where do I see my course progress and previous attempts?” for further information.
Also, you can take unlimited attempts in any of the practice tests regardless if you have completed it already. Even though a set has been marked as completed, you can always click on the “Start Quiz” button to take that set again. If you passed a practice test, it will automatically be marked as completed (with a strikethrough in the practice test title). If you fail a test then your course progress won’t be changed. If you completed and passed all of the practice tests in a section, then that section will be automatically completed and will automatically update the course progress.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,

Is there an option to resume this test and not starting it from the beginning?

Maybe I wasn’t clear, so I’ll rephrase my question again: as my test answers were initialized, due to a long period pause (I wasn’t aware of this behavior) – could you do something to resume the test with my answered questions without starting it from the beginning?
Thanks,
Kobi.-
Hi Kobi, upon checking your account, your Timed Mode Set 1 has already been submitted so there’s no way to resume this quiz. However, you can take unlimited attempts in any of the practice tests regardless if you have completed it already.
