Review Mode Practice Exam – Incorrect Recording of answers

When I finished the quiz, the number of questions the system showed as being wrong was incorrect and on further analysis, for quite a few questions it had marked completely different answers to what I had selected. Interesting all of the questions that showed my answers incorrectly were ones that had 2 or more answers.
Is there an issue with recording the selections for multi-answer questions?

Thanks for letting us know about this — that shouldn’t be happening. To help us narrow this down, could you confirm which Review Mode set you were working on? Also, did you use the pause and resume feature at any point during the quiz?
This information will help us reproduce the behavior and check whether the issue is explicitly related to multi-answer questions or how responses are saved. We’ll investigate and update you once we know more.

I am using Practice Exams – Review Mode Set 2. I have certainly “Resumed” the quiz quite a bit

Still happening. On the timed exams now. Specifically Timed Mode Set 4 for me.

Interestingly it shows 3 selections made for answers that require 2, which is not possible to do.
